Terms of use for SAR Camp Equipment Company Group Stores
- SAR Camp Equipment Company (hereforth known as SAR Camp) will
offer a Group/Organization/Department Member Discount for items that the particular Group/Organization/Department wants to be
included in their Group Store Program. The acceptance of a Group/Organization/Department
into the program will be SAR Camp's option. All decisions are final. The Group Store is only available to
non-profit Volunteer Groups/Organizations/Departments
or approved organizations. . This discount/donation is based on the full normal purchase price ie If a pack costs $100 in the
retail store, it would cost down to $90, if that product was chosen as an item
that was standardized by the Group/Organization/Department.
- Discounts DO NOT APPLY TO SALE ITEMS OR SHIPPING. SAR Camp reserves the right to exclude any item(s) from the program, upon notice to the Group Store, Group/Organization/Department.
- This Group Store Program is based on the
individual member registering with SAR Camp and identifying themselves as a
member of an approved Group Store Program Group/Organization/Department.
- SAR Camp will, upon verification of membership
to the approved Group/Organization/Department, will place discounts on the
items that the approved Group/Organization/Department standardized.
- Any Group Store Program Group/Organization/Department
Member that gives their access email and password to another for use, which is
used by a non-member to purchase items at a discount, will have committed
fraud. Any fraudulent orders will be charged the full, undiscounted price and
the member that committed the fraud will be removed from the program. Civil
and criminal charges could be placed. If an approved Group/Organization/Department's
members repeatedly misuse the Group Store Program, the Group/Organization/Department
will be removed from the program
- Items to be included are items that the Group/Organization/Department denotes to SAR Camp that they have standardized throughout the group. This must be indicated by a letter on a Group/Organization/Department Letterhead returned with a signed (by an authorized person) agreement. In addition we need a copy of your Tax Official Letter stating that you are a
non Profit Organization. If this does not exist in your country, tell us the details of your tax status and we will decide. This does not mean that you have to buy from SAR Camp exclusively. This just helps us plan for stocking purposes. You may submit this to:

- By continued use of your Group Store, you agree to these Terms. To cancel or quit this program, simply email SAR Camp, telling us of your desire and we will remove your Group Store.
- This program is to allow our non profit group customers or customers that make up a group the opportunity to either get a discount
based on items that their group has standardized within the group. This is our way of helping.
- SAR Camp reserves the right to modify or change these terms without notice. This includes the suspension of this program.
- Sorry folks, but groups that do not pay their SAR Camp Invoices (if granted
Net Terms) or that do not answer emails or correspondence from SAR Camp will be removed from the
Group Store Program.
*Excluding Group/Organization/Department specific products ie Group/Organization/Department Patches or T-Shirts. These are items that we will purchase and stock as a service to the group.
Normally this means that if we pay $5 for a patch, you pay $5 for that patch from us.
