Policies  Privacy  SAR Camp treats all your information confidentially. We will not give, sell, or lease your information, except for the normal course of business such as credit card info with the bank, unless you approve it. Period.   Security Order information  is encrypted within our servers for maximum security. Accounts  SAR Camp sometimes extends credit to organizations and companies by allowing Net 10, 15, 20 or 30 day accounts. Accounts that are overdue will be accessed an APR of 18% (1.5% monthly) until paid. Accounts that become overdue are subject to collection fees and attorney fees, and will probably result in the organization or company losing the option of using a Net account. Sales Tax  At this time, the internet is still untaxed for most of its users. The exception at this point is residents of Virginia, where we are based. Cookies  Our shopping cart uses cookies to track our customers shopping carts. We extract NO information from you or your computer, that is stored in any form on our servers (just information that you give us to be able to process your order ). The cookie is a snippit of code that resides on your computer that our shopping cart reads. To find out more on cookies, please refer to some of the great computer books that are out there. Site Errors Most websites contain thousands of lines of code, ours is no exception. If you find a bad link, a picture that does not load or any one of the list of site errors, please contact us. We would greatly appreciate it. Pricing  All pricing is subject to change. Pricing errors will be brought to the customers attention before shipping. SAR Camp is not liable for incorrect pricing due to errors in our pricing structures or from our vendors. Exports We appreciate our customers that live outside the United States. However, it is the customers responsibility for any tariffs or customs tax that their country might impose. Back Orders SAR Camp strives to keep stock available for shipments. However, sometimes we run out of an item before our restocking order arrives. If this happens, we will attempt to contact you to let you know.
